I do not intentionally use any images or clips against the wishes of others, but because my "other pix" and "other clips" galleries contain material found on the net, it is possible to be doing so without knowing it. Those galleries will all be removed from the site one by one as I add work of my own to the various galleries.

This is not, and never will be, a commercial site. It is 100% a personal site and will never be used for profit. My very first personal web site was a small celebrity site at xoom.com, and over the years, I eventually decided to make it a "real" site. I enjoy making websites, and also enjoy sharing the beauty and talents of others with the rest of the world. That will always be the only purpose of this site, no matter how big it gets. Any source of money generated by this site will always be put back into the site. If the income ever goes above the cost of the site, the site will just get bigger.

I do not intend to violate any rights or laws. If I do, I ask that you please email me, and it will be settled.

Scanning and video capturing does not give you copyright to the work. All copyrights belong to the original producer of the work, or the celebrity involved, but because you put the time and effort into converting it to a digital image, and in some cases, artistically altered the images, I will remove, or give credit to, your work also.
